Frequently Asked Questions

How can it be free?

We are highly knowledgeable and passionate volunteers and love what we do. As in many other cities around the world, our free tour works on a tips-only basis and the tips are not mandatory in any way.

Is the tour tiring?

No. We walk at an easy pace and because there are so many sights to stop and see, it means there is never more than five minutes of continuous walking. There is also a short break at the halfway point of the tour.

Do I need to bring anything?

We suggest you wear comfortable walking shoes and perhaps bring a bottle of water.
